Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT systems supporting homeland security missions
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Lead cross-functional teams on technology integration projects
- Provide technical guidance on cloud infrastructure and data management
- Ensure compliance with federal IT standards and regulations (NIST, FISMA)
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define IT requirements and solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive IT experience with federal systems
- Security+ CE certification or equivalent DoD 8570 compliance
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with network security tools and protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Demonstrated project management experience using Agile methodologies
