Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the county-wide network infrastructure and server environments.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for end-users across various departments.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess technical needs and optimize business processes.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and create user guides.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure reliability.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
