Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems across the agency.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary optimizations.
- Enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data and infrastructure.
- Provide tier-2 technical support and training to end-users regarding software applications and hardware issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT upgrades and system migrations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in systems administration or IT support.
- Valid certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network security best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with non-technical staff.
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
