Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal networks, ensuring compliance with NIST and DISA standards.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement mitigations for classified systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and server infrastructure.
- Monitor system logs and security alerts to prevent unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy IT solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with CIS Controls and federal IT security regulations.
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP), firewalls, and VPNs.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership.
