**What You'll Do:**
- Oversee the lifecycle of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Analyze complex technical requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards, including NIST and FISMA.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments.
- Document technical processes and maintain configuration management baselines.
- Train junior staff and provide mentorship on best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (equivalent experience may be considered).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an IT role within a federal or government-contracted environment.
- Active Top Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
