Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal IT systems, ensuring 99.9% uptime and operational efficiency.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to comply with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions to meet agency mission requirements.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy federal systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or civilian IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Cisco networking, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
