Responsibilities
- Analyze complex IT requirements and design robust, scalable solutions for federal clients.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Implement and manage network security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (FISMA).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members and engineers.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems analysis, network administration, or software development.
- Familiarity with federal compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA) is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one is required.
