Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure software solutions for federal clients using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments, security audits, and penetration testing to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, security analysts, and subject matter experts on agile development cycles.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and agency-specific security policies.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for complex network infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all systems, processes, and security configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Active Top Secret security clearance (or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a federal or defense contracting IT environment.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, specifically Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with identity management systems (e.g., Okta, Active Directory) and cybersecurity protocols.
