Responsibilities
- Manage Federal Networks: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure federal IT networks and infrastructure.
- Cybersecurity Support: Monitor system performance, identify vulnerabilities, and implement security protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Project Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that meet strict federal compliance and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, including system configurations and incident reports.
- Training & Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior staff and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or network engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while adhering to strict government regulations.
