Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards (e.g., FISMA, NIST) and agency policies.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Document system configurations, changes, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Experience with federal IT environments and knowledge of FedRAMP requirements.
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL v3/v4 are highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
