Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and hardware systems.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and related infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (FISMA).
- Conduct system installations, upgrades, and migrations for critical government applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of federal security compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FIPS).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
