Responsibilities
- Analyze complex technical requirements and design scalable IT solutions for government clients.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), ensuring high availability and security.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement data protection protocols to comply with federal regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to government staff and end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT upgrades and system migrations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Familiarity with government contracting standards and compliance (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
