Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT systems, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and direct support for end-users and internal departments.
- Implement and monitor rigorous security protocols to protect state data against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy software solutions and system upgrades.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
- Document technical procedures and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases for the IT team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or CISSP are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting and training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background check and security clearance.
