Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure and systems
- Provide technical support for electronic health record systems and clinical applications
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular system backups
- Coordinate IT security audits and implement vulnerability remediation
- Train staff on new technologies and system upgrades
- Collaborate with vendors on system integration and troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and other federal regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal IT systems and security protocols
- Expertise in network administration (Cisco, Juniper) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP certifications preferred
- Demonstrated experience with ITIL framework and service management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
