Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure supporting critical VA operations
- Lead cloud migration projects leveraging AWS and Azure platforms
- Develop cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive veteran data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT service delivery
- Provide technical guidance on federal IT compliance standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Manage vendor relationships for IT procurement and service agreements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in cloud architecture and DevOps methodologies
- Familiarity with federal IT acquisition regulations
- Strong project management skills (PMP preferred)
