Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure supporting electronic health records and telehealth systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response protocols
- Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize healthcare technology workflows
- Manage cloud migration projects and hybrid system integrations
- Provide technical leadership for cross-functional IT modernization initiatives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (NIST, FISMA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience with federal IT systems and healthcare technology
- Professional certification in CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy regulations
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
