Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems and network infrastructure for government agencies.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline digital operations and improve service delivery.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through deployment, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent military/technical experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and data privacy laws (HIPAA, FERPA).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
