Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols and compliance measures.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate service logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure and user experience.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Current CompTIA A+ or higher certification.
- Experience working with federal IT standards and NIST compliance frameworks.
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
