- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across 12+ projects
- Drive sustainability integration into product development cycles
- Represent company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in tech innovation with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-defining products
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Strong business acumen with P&L management experience
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish a plus
