Responsibilities
- Lead incident response coordination for federal systems in Northern Ohio
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on classified networks
- Develop and implement security protocols aligned with NIST frameworks
- Maintain compliance with FISMA and CUI regulations
- Train federal staff on cybersecurity best practices
- Collaborate with FBI and NSA on threat intelligence operations
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- Security+ CE or CISSP certification required
- 3+ years experience in federal IT security roles
- Active Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, ArcSight)
- Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of continuous monitoring programs
