Responsibilities
- Manage federal cybersecurity systems and implement FISMA compliance protocols
- Lead cross-agency IT modernization projects in the Pacific Northwest region
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and incident response coordination
- Maintain SCIA and FedRAMP cloud infrastructure for classified data
- Train federal staff on NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Collaborate with DHS leadership on strategic technology initiatives
- Ensure HIPAA and CUI data protection standards are met
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in federal IT infrastructure management
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Expertise in AWS GovCloud and Azure Government environments
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
- Strong project management with PMP certification preferred
