Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls for federal networks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Manage incident response protocols for security breaches
- Develop and maintain security documentation (RMF, NIST compliance)
- Collaborate with cross-agency security teams
- Train personnel on security best practices
- Ensure adherence to FISMA and CUI requirements
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (required)
- 5+ years in IT security or cybersecurity
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification (or equivalent)
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Knowledge of RMF/NIST frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Cybersecurity or related field
- Federal government IT experience preferred
