Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain DoD cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Lead incident response for security breaches
- Develop security policies and procedures
- Manage access control systems and identity management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives
- Stay current on emerging threats and countermeasures
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal IT security
- Certification (CISSP, Security+, or CompTIA Security+)
- Experience with DoD IT systems and compliance
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
