Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and secure federal IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal cybersecurity protocols, FedRAMP, and NIST standards.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for end-users.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, and conduct regular security audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting federal or government information systems.
- Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of network architecture, hardware troubleshooting, and security best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
