Responsibilities
- Administer and troubleshoot federal network infrastructure, servers, and hardware systems.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal staff across various departments.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal IT security policies, FISMA regulations, and data protection standards.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications within the federal environment.
- Participate in network planning, capacity management, and system upgrades.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system records for federal audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience in IT support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Strong understanding of federal IT governance, security frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with federal systems or similar regulated environments is preferred.
