Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and develop the organization's IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal end-users and systems.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and security incident response.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge continuity.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to identify technical requirements and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret level Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in federal IT systems administration or cybersecurity.
- Technical certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal compliance standards (FISMA, NIST, SP 800-53).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
