Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain local area networks (LANs) and related hardware/software systems.
- Provide expert technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting to end-users.
- Implement and maintain stringent cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data.
- Perform regular system backups and develop comprehensive disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure and user experience.
- Document technical procedures and system configurations for team reference.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess (or be willing to obtain) a Public Trust clearance.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Experience: At least 2 years of specialized IT experience in system administration or network support.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking principles.
- Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
