Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize network systems including firewalls, routers, and switches
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ workstations
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Coordinate system upgrades and migrations while maintaining zero downtime
- Document IT policies, procedures, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
- Active CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity frameworks
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Strong problem-solving skills with documented success in complex troubleshooting
