Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity measures across our federal client networks. You will collaborate with a team of elite engineers to safeguard sensitive data and ensure operational continuity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on federal systems.
- Monitor network traffic and security alerts to identify and respond to cyber threats in real-time.
- Manage and maintain Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.
- Develop, document, and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures compliant with NIST and FedRAMP standards.
- Perform incident response and forensics analysis for security breaches.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure hardware and software security patches are applied timely.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with favorable adjudication is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or IT infrastructure support.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or GSEC are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN technologies.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (if applicable).
