Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure supporting veteran healthcare systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives to protect sensitive veteran data against evolving threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize electronic health record systems
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex network issues
- Develop automation scripts to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (NIST, FISMA)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience with enterprise-level network administration
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expertise in Windows Server, VMware, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
