Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize federal IT systems including network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services

- Lead IT projects ensuring alignment with federal regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with federal standards
- Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvement measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in federal IT frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
