Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize federal IT infrastructure including cloud platforms and cybersecurity systems
- Provide Tier-3 technical support for mission-critical applications
- Implement NIST compliance protocols and security best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document technical procedures and maintain system documentation
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new IT systems and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of federal IT infrastructure experience (GS-11 equivalent)
- Active Security+ CE or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with ITIL service management methodologies
