Responsibilities
- Manage and secure classified/unclassified IT systems across multiple networks
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Coordinate system upgrades and disaster recovery testing
- Document all IT procedures and maintain compliance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Monitor system performance and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with federal NIST and FISMA compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- U.S. citizenship required
