Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal hardware and software systems.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
- Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect sensitive federal data.
- Configure and troubleshoot workstations, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure reliability.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with federal standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field; or equivalent technical experience.
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-based federal environment.
- Familiarity with NIST security frameworks is a plus.
