Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting for federal government hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of secure network infrastructure compliant with NIST standards.
- Conduct regular system audits and data backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical repairs and system configurations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Familiarity with federal compliance regulations and security protocols (e.g., FISMA, DIACAP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
