Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain complex IT infrastructure for federal clients.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, NIST).
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party IT service delivery.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system logs.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system outages.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required for federal contract work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or cybersecurity.
- Certification preferred: CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
