Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with federal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
