Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for government systems.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contracts for critical IT infrastructure.
- Conduct system audits and performance tuning to ensure 99.9% uptime for essential services.
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct technical training sessions for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT analysis, preferably within a government or large enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Java, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening as per government standards.
