Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to city employees.
- Implement and troubleshoot hardware and software solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and network security compliance.
- Document technical procedures and system configurations.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
- Experience in a government or public sector environment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License required.
- Ability to obtain a government security clearance.
