Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT systems including cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects on schedule and within budget
- Analyze system performance data to optimize network efficiency and security posture
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure compliance with federal IT regulations (FISMA, NIST)
- Provide technical guidance to senior leadership on emerging technology trends
- Manage vendor relationships and contract compliance for IT services
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of progressive IT management experience in federal or regulated environments
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and virtualization technologies
- Certification in CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency in federal IT compliance frameworks and documentation standards
- Strong project management skills with PMP or similar certification preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for IT delivery
