Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure supporting federal operations
- Lead incident response protocols for cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop IT system requirements
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits for federal systems
- Manage cloud migration projects and hybrid cloud environments
- Provide technical guidance to junior IT staff and agency partners
- Document system architectures and security protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
- Active Security+ CE certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of NIST security frameworks and FedRAMP standards
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud platforms and virtualization
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
