Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise system integration projects using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity frameworks compliant with NIST standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement EHR system enhancements
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for IT infrastructure
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party service delivery
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and department stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with federal IT policies and VA regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with federal systems
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Expertise in cloud architecture and DevOps methodologies
- Proficiency in ITIL framework and IT service management
- Familiarity with VA-specific systems (VistA, CDW)
- Strong project management skills with PMP/CISM certification preferred
