Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure IT systems for veteran healthcare applications
- Manage cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams on federal IT modernization projects
- Ensure compliance with FISMA and VA security standards
- Provide technical guidance to clinical staff and IT administrators
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- GS-12 level experience with federal IT systems
- Certification in AWS/Azure and CISSP preferred
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant healthcare IT systems
- Knowledge of federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Strong project management with PMP or equivalent
