Responsibilities
- System Administration: Oversee the daily operations of servers, databases, and network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive federal data against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and end-user devices across the organization.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
- Experience: At least 1 year of specialized experience in IT system administration or network support.
- Security Clearance: Must be eligible for a Public Trust or Secret clearance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, SQL, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
