Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical advice and consultation on the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
- Perform system analysis, design, and programming to ensure the integrity and security of federal data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational goals.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist in the management of IT budgets and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 1 year of specialized experience related to the duties of the position.
- Experience with federal systems and knowledge of the Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
