Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-level IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Ensure the security and integrity of sensitive government data in compliance with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff members within the technical team.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all system configurations and change management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization platforms.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with diverse government personnel.
