Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for state agencies in Louisville metro area
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and digital transformation projects
- Document technical processes and maintain IT service management documentation
- Train staff on new technologies and system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and proactively address technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Valid Kentucky driver's license required
- Experience with government IT systems highly desirable
