Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Lead cybersecurity protocols and incident response protocols
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 50+ state agencies
- Develop automation scripts using Python/Ansible
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Coordinate cross-departmental IT projects
- Document system architecture and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of enterprise systems administration experience
- AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect preferred)
- Expertise in Active Directory, networking, and security protocols
- Proven experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam)
- Strong project management skills (Agile/Scrum)
