Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive state data
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues
- Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery initiatives
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with state agency goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive IT systems administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
