Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard sensitive state data and PHI (Protected Health Information).
- Provide Level 3 technical support to internal staff and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy software solutions and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or MCSA are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
